Live Dashboards
All data is able to flow into separate dashboards. The idea behind this is to create a visible (task status). This can be divided into groups or categories, for example customer services and operations could see separate dashboards with the information that each department needs to focus on.
Direct Supplier Access
Suppliers can have access to a bespoke part of the system, they can add updates on orders , delivery or tracking information along with adding notes and anything else that you think could make your life easier.
